Bourns Adds New AEC-Q101 Compliant TBU® High-Speed
Bourns is pleased to announce the release of the AEC-Q101 compliant Model TBU-CA-Q High-Speed Protector series. These products are low capacitance single bidirectional high-speed protection components, constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology, and designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction and lightning surges.
The TBU® High-Speed Protector placed in the system circuit will monitor the current with the MOSFET detection circuit triggering to provide an effective barrier behind which sensitive electronics are not exposed to large voltages or currents during surge events up to rated limits. The TBU® device is provided in a surface mount DFN package and meets industry-standard requirements such as RoHS compliant and Pb Free solder reflow profiles.

SHT4x Humidity and Temperature Sensor
4th Generation, High-Accuracy, Ultra-Low-Power, 16-bit Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensor Platform
SHT4x is a digital sensor platform for measuring relative humidity and temperature at different accuracy classes. The I2C interface provides several preconfigured I2C addresses and maintains an ultra-low power budget. The power-trimmed internal heater can be used at three heating levels thus enabling sensor operation in demanding environments. The four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing.

The 1455F is the latest addition to the 1455 family which now extends to the 29-strong standard 1455, ranging in size from 60 x 45 x 25mm to 220 x 165 x 52mm.
