Bourns Adds New AEC-Q101 Compliant TBU® High-Speed
Bourns is pleased to announce the release of the AEC-Q101 compliant Model TBU-CA-Q High-Speed Protector series. These products are low capacitance single bidirectional high-speed protection components, constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology, and designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction and lightning surges.
The TBU® High-Speed Protector placed in the system circuit will monitor the current with the MOSFET detection circuit triggering to provide an effective barrier behind which sensitive electronics are not exposed to large voltages or currents during surge events up to rated limits. The TBU® device is provided in a surface mount DFN package and meets industry-standard requirements such as RoHS compliant and Pb Free solder reflow profiles.

New AEC-Q200 Compliant Line Filters
The DR334A Series filters are constructed with a ferrite toroid core delivering compact size and high impedance over a broad frequency range to suppress Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) coming into or leaving from the system.
The Model DR334A series is AEC-Q200 compliant with an operating temperature range of -40 to 135 °C. These line filters are available in a bifilar-wound configuration to reach higher common mode impedance and a sector-wound configuration to reach higher differential mode impedance at high frequencies. They are ideal for use in data, signal and low current power line noise suppression applications in consumer, industrial and other markets.

New 01005-Size Thick Film Chip Resistor Series
Bourns is pleased to announce the introduction of its new Model CR01005 series thick film chip resistor. This extra small 01005 inch (0402 metric) CR01005 series broadens the general purpose thick film chip resistor family to eight different footprints up to 2512 (6431 metric).
The Model CR01005 series meets the current downsizing market trend and helps strengthen the already broad range of surface mount chip resistors being offered by Bourns. This new series is suitable for use in mobile devices, consumer electronics, industrial automation, power supplies, LED lighting applications and communication base stations.
This new chip resistor is made using a thick film element printed onto a ceramic substrate and complements the other circuit conditioning components that Bourns offers such as power inductors and rectifier diodes.
