TE Connectivity introduces the hermaphroditic blade and receptacle connector with selective gold plating and the Mini Hermaphroditic Connector System. The wire-to-board connectors offer reliability in connections and versatile design options.
The gold plated connectors are suitable for harsh environments where moisture and high vibration may be present. In a typical application, the connector provides power to the first and adjacent LED printed circuit board in a string of rigid printed circuit board light strips.
