Micro Switch – Still The Industry Standard for Heavy-Duty Limit Switches
Honeywell HDLS limit switches are offered in two styles: non plug-in design and plug-in design. With plug-in construction, the wiring and conduit connection is made to the base receptacle. This feature reduces downtime as the plug-in unit can be removed and replaced without disconnecting the wiring or conduit connections to the switch.
HDLS Series heavy-duty limit switches include boss-and-socket head design for secure head-to-body retention, unique all-metal drive train for consistent operating characteristics even at high temperatures, and self-lifting pressure plate terminals to save wiring time. With its rugged housing, the HDLS Series is sealed to NEMA 1, 3, 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12, 13; IP65/66/67. Side rotary versions may be modified for CW and/or CCW operation, while operating heads may be rotated 90°. Low and high temperature sealing options available.
